"Stop Benue Killings"- Protesters Storm Makurdi, Benue State

A peaceful protest is currently ongoing in Makurdi the state capital of Benue State over the massive Killing of Benue people by the Fulani Herdsmen. The protest Kicked of at about 8am this morning at Wurukum Round.

The protest has attracted lot of attention ranging from Security agencies,Business men and women, Media and way lot of people.

Even some Security operatives were spotted encouraging the People to carry on their protest peacefully while they try to control them around their boundaries.

Further more Media Men from Channels Tv and NTA were spotted in the arena.

The Major people who took part in the protest were mostly some Tiv student of Benue State University which further attracted more business men, some villagers and people around to Join the protest.
The people said they were going to proceed further to Benue State Government house to continue the protest there.
