Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi and Real Madrid coach Zidane to storm Abuja


Real Madrid and current world’s best player Cristiano Ronaldo and his arch rival from Barcelona Lionel Messi are expected to storm Abuja which is the capital of Nigeria for an international novelty football match.

Real Madrid gaffer Zinedine Zidane and former African footballer of the year Abedi Pele are also expected to be part of the initiative in the Nigerian city of Abuja.
According to the report, the purpose of the novelty match is aimed at campaigning against trafficking, insurgency and terrorism.
The match is expected to be played at the Abuja National Stadium on May 21, 2017, and it is being organized by Next2None Support Initiative with the theme; Africa My Africa.


Former African and World footballer of the year, George Opone Weah, Arsenal legend Thierry Henry, former African footballer of the year, Nwankwo Kanu and Ex Super Eagles captain, Austin Jay Jay Okocha are also expected to be part of the match.
Ndukwe Sam Obu who is the chairman of Next2None Support initiative said his organization decided to use football for its campaign because it speaks the language of love, peace, hope and unity.
