Mavin record was formed on May 8, 2012 by Nigerian most wanted Producer, Don jazzy. The record label was born out of the dissolved of Mo hits records. This Nigerian-based record label is presently one of the biggest,most diversified record label in Nigeria. By diversified here i mean it is tribe balanced; at-least the three major tribes(Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo) and also generational-wise. Record owner and producer of the label, Don jazzy has been labeled with the gold hand because like they say everything he touches shines bright.
One of the interesting rules of the label is that they allow you to have your own manager. Look naija is exclusively bringing to you all artiste with their full names including Don jazzy and and the other in-house producers of the label. We are bringing them out in no specific other. Because Tiwa Savage said in an exclusively interview with OAP, Olisa when asked about the hierarchy in the label, she posits that Don Jazzy learnt from his mistakes with Mo-hits. For now, Every artiste in Mavin is a President, Governor of himself e.t.c remember that Mo-hits songs, Jazzy is the president, Dbanj is the…. I am the general LOL.
